Congratulations to Thayana Mubila and Greg Ellisdon for receiving this year’s Spirit of the Ride Award.

About 12 years ago Thayana lost all but 10% of her vision after illness. At the start of this year she joined WATCAC which enables vision impaired cyclists to ride tandem bikes. Coincidently Greg offered to pilot. Thayana and Greg put in many hours of training in anticipation of the Life Cycle event and were amazing in tackling the Brown Group on Thayana's first event.
